Our company is currently working in a highly sensitive area under the DEEWR Contract for Job Network Members and the DEST Contract for New Apprenticeship Centres. Our staff are individually and severally bound by the relevant Commonwealth Privacy Acts as we deal with confidential Jobseeker personal information from Centrelink on behalf of our JobMax customers as well as their own commercial-in-confidence financial information.

Our staff are engaged in ongoing development, support and modifications for which they have been provided with special ID and log-in privileges by the Departments concerned after they have signed all the necessary documents.

We and our customer sites are subjected to audits by the Department on these security and confidentiality factors, including other items such as secure backup procedures, encryption of the database, password provision and security, unauthorised access prevention and procedures for secure historical retention of electronic records.
